I am currently using email and a chatbox to help people with their ad optimization and to support my Advanced Ads plugin. This works great, because people can be open and send me data they wouldn’t leave in a public forum. There are also the newsletters that help people to stay informed, but even though I invite you to reply, there is not really a discussion going on – and if, not many people benefit from it.
Therefore, I am currently thinking about opening a new channel of communication. One that is open in both directions and easy to set up and use.
Since I want to reach as many people as possible, I’d rather leave the choice to you. That is why I created this little poll. I want to know which channels you’d prefer to send me a message, discuss ad optimization or get help with any of my services.
The first two options are already in use, but I am still interested to know if they are in fact the most important to.
